This Alberdi Reserva (100% Tempranillo) is aged for 2 years in American oak casks.

Rich black cherry fruits overlaid with gentle vanilla spice and a long sweet finish.
Perfect with roast lamb – and most other things!

Now, we import Rioja & Ribera wines directly from Spain but we still list this wine as it's so good, and different from our Award Winning Proelio Reserva. Our Proelio is all intense, round and silky with red berries up front, followed by forest fruits, vanilla and minerality with a long textured finish that is fresh and persistent.
The Alberdi is full bodied, rich and long. Basically they are from the same region, same varietals and both excellent - but different!
