My Firefly — Gratitude and Encouragement Kit

This kit makes it easier to write some of those really important notes to people. Thanking four people for how they have impacted your life and encouraging four people who are going through hard things.

This kit contains a total of 8 cards:

• 4 cards of Gratitude and
• 4 cards of Encouragement/Empathy.

This kit also comes with an online component that walks you through each card with a prompt to inspire you – as well as research about the correlation between card writing and mental health, written by Lynn McCracken, a certified therapist (and Founder of the My Firefly Movement).
