Salentein Chardonnay opens with citrus fruits and white flowers on the nose, with lovely sweet fruit on the palate and a long fresh finish (great acidity). The lees contact during fermentation and the oak aging make for a quite elegant wine.

'Gorgeous balance, beautifully composed, with remarkable length of flavour'.
